Great intensity on the palate, glycerine with gentle sensations of sweetness magnificently balanced with the natural acidity that gives liveliness and freshness with a long finish.

The wine is pale in appearance with fine, tiny bubbles. The nose is complex, toasty with a hint of citrus and apples. The mousse is rich, with the palate fresh and fruity with a long, clean finish.

Domaine Bruno Sorg is the source of the finest, richest and most concentrated wines in Alsace. Generally the wines are on the crisper and drier end of the spectrum, and their Riesling is outstandingly good value.
