Description

Only a careful selection of the best grapes from mature vines goes into this wine. Matured in new French oak barrels for 12 months. Ruby-red colour with blue tinges. An elegant bouquet with vanilla, leather and dried plum aromas. Long, lingering presence on the palate with round, mature tannins and elegant menthol notes. Ideal to pair with red meat, lamb, pigeon, foie gras, duck or bacon.
