The Wine

Deep crimson red in colour, This is a medium to full bodied wine with flavours of cassis and satsuma plums. There are also hints of chocolate and mocha which create some sweetness in the mid-palate. This is a well structured wine showing a great length of flavour and and elegance. We consider this to be a great wine for the price and we strongly recommend giving this one a try.

Aromas

On the nose there are fresh aromas of bright berried fruits followed by notes of chocolate and mocha with hints of spiced oak. Just what you would expect from another fine wine from Margaret River.

A great partner for flame grilled meats. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Cellaring

This wine is good to drink straight away and will provide good drinking until 2022.
