The Wine

This is a big, full-bodied Shiraz, opaque and deep crimson in colour. The palate is medium bodied and the flavours are quite refined and packed with vibrant, ripe, sweet fruit and a long seductive finish with fine tannins.

Aromas

This wine shows lifted red brambleberry and spice aromas with nuances of black pepper supported by high class oak.

Great with flavoured meats such as beef and lamb.

Cellaring

With age, this wine will become progressively richer, revealing warmer, more complex flavours, riper berries and a little liquorice.
