STOCK NOTICE

• Wine is bottled in Australia only not UK.  There are only a couple of productions a year ….. the next production we could obtain stock was 30/04/25
• Post production and quality checks  – UK order placed 14^th May 2025
• Vessel transit times and availability do vary significantly at the moment however, we do have sailings rolling frequently with usual shipping time between 3-4months
• At the time of order the estimated 3 months ETA after production was  realistic and guide of  30/07 provided . This was a reasonable estimate but can vary from sailing to sailing.
• Increased delay now with an  ETA September caused by 2 x containers booked on the sailing missed the loading cut off .  The 2 containers carried AV: stock including the Sparkling Shiraz .  The delay was due to railing issues in Melbourne . We were not initially advised that the 2 containers were missed
• 2 x containers containing Sparkling Shiraz had to be rebooked for the next available sailing which now has an ETA of September

The Wine

McGuigan’s Black Label Sparkling Shiraz has delightful dark berry fruit flavours of blackcurrant and plum which highlight this sparkling wine. A touch of spicy oak and chocolate create extra depth while fine beads deliver a refreshing finish and give the wine excellent length.

Aroma

Inspiring plum, cherry and chocolate aromas features with some subtle earth characters.

Food Match

Sparkling Shiraz is a versatile wine which can be served chilled as a starter or used to match with a wide range of foods for any celebration.
