Rich dark cherry, spice and blood plums on the front palate. The wine has a juicy yet soft texture with fine tannins and a dry finish. A lingering subtle underlying oak flavour complements, and adds complexity to the wine.

Bright cherry with raspberry fruit aromas with slight overtones of spice and sweet vanilla oak.

Matches well with Italian cuisine such as Lasagne and Spaghetti Puttanesca.

Cellaring

This wine is designed to be drunk whilst young and fresh though it will provide good drinking over the next couple of years.
