Hardy’s VR Sauvignon Blanc is clean and crisp, with citrus and herbaceous grassy characters. The wine was crafted from select parcels from South Australia in order to achieve a fresh style and intense fruit flavour.

On the nose you will find lifted tropical gooseberry with herbaceous aromas.

Food Match

A Sauvignon Blanc that goes great with Asian dishes, chicken and seafood.

Cellaring

Carefully harvested in order to marry the gooseberry lift and fleshy texture that Sauvignon Blanc is known for. Hardy’s VR Sauvignon Blanc is and excellent fresh, young wine that is to be enjoyed whilst still young.
