This is a sparkling wine made from natural fermentation in autoclave of a base wine Prosecco. The taste is fresh and light with fine and persistent perlage.
Aromas
The scent is intense at first with floral notes and hints of fruit and with a prevalence of green apple and lemon.
Enjoy with
Great with pate of chicken livers, it is also excellent as an aperitif and with home-made pizza.
Cellaring
This wine is designed to be drunk whilst young and fresh but will provide good drinking over the next couple of years.
