Campo Viejo Rioja

The Wine

This Campo Viejo Rioja is definately up there on the Winestation Top 10 Wines. The wine is aged in oak casks for 12 months to give it it’s spicy-vanilla oak flavours. This is followed by 6 months in the bottle to help mature the wine and marry the flavours. The wine now qualifies as a ‘Crianza’. This is an elegant, velvety wine with a medium structure

Intense aromas of dark fruits, plums, cherries, hints of strawberries and toasty vanillin oak
