The Wine
From Lombardy's Oltrepo Pavese, the area makes some wonderful wines that often don't get the attention they truly deserve. Here, Sentito have produced a wine just the way a Cortese should be. Bright, fresh, crisp citrusy fruit with a hint of honeysuckle. It contains 85% Cortese, to which 15% Riesling Italico is added, a classic Oltrepo Pavese touch.
Aroma
Mango and apricot with hints of honey.
Food Match
This wine is great on it's own, but also goes well with fish or grilled chicken.
Cellaring
This wine is designed to be drunk whilst young and fresh.
