Crushing and stemming of the grapes, followed by fermentation with maceration on the skins for 10-12 days. Static decanting and refinement in Slavonian oak casks for 10 months. Subsequently the wine is bottled and cellared for a further 3 months prior to its release.
Ruby red colour with a delicate bouquet and a pleasantly fruity palate. Full bodied, with well-balanced acidity, and a clean, smooth finish.
