ABV: 13,5% vol.
Vinification: red wine method with maceration on the skins for approx 10 days. Following the alcoholic fermentation, the wine is then matured in traditional Slavonian oak casks for ca. 2 years during which period the malolactic fermation takes place. The wine is then refined for a further 8-10 months prior to its release.
Color: intense garnet red.
Aroma: ethereal, rose petals, and spice, with hints of tobacco, mint and chocolate.
Food Suggestions: roasted meats, aged cheese.
Serving Temperature: 18-20.
