Delivery and Returns

We know courier deliveries can be a bit of a pain, so we’ve done everything we can to make your wine delivery quick and easy! We have a great courier company who we work closely with to make sure you get your selection on time. 

All our packages are shipped via 48 hour delivery using UKMail. One your order has been processed and shipped you will recieve a confirmation email from UKMail with a tracking number. You can use this to then track your package. The carrier collects packages from us at Noon, Monday to Friday. If you order after noon your package will be shipped next working day. 

UKMail do not deliver on a Saturday or Sunday.

On the checkout pages, we’ve left a “Special Instructions” box, where you can ask the courier to leave your wines ‘behind a gate’, or ‘with Mrs. Miggins at number 34’. It saves a lot of time, and most of our customers seem very happy doing this. We must stress, that we are not insured if it disappears and is your responsibility if it goes missing. If you are asking us to leave it in a recycling bin, please double check that it’s not recycling day!

Please also use the ‘Special Instructions’ box to help with any special directions if your house is hidden away, and anything else that might help such as 'mind the blood-thirsty dog' so we can keep our delivery people intact.

5 bottles or less - £10.99

6 - 11 bottles - £7.99

12 - 24 bottles - £6.99

25 - 36 bottles - £7.99

37 Bottles or more - £8.99

Due to shipping costs Scottish Highlands and the following postcodes incoure an additional delivery charge.

 - BT, AB31 to AB56, IV30 to IV41, KW1 to KW14, PA21 to PA38, PH4 to PH41

For shipping to these locations we charge a flat fee of £22.99. 

Due to delivery restrictions we only ship to UK Mainland and are sorry to inform you that we cannot ship to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle Of Man, or Other remote UK Islands. 

If it has been more than 48 hours and you still haven't recieved your package please use the tracking number provided to check the status of your delivery. If you have difficulty doing this or believe there is a problem with your our please contact us. 

If you recieve a delivery that is not complete and has items missing you must report this to us on the day of delivery. To do this please contact us using or phone us on +44 (0) 1257 451291.

If you believe that your package has been delivered and left by the carrier and a calling card has been put through your door, you must notify us on the delivery day if the package is missing. We cannot be held responsible for any loss of delivered packages after the day of delivery. Please contact us via email at or telephone on 01257 451291 to report a missing package.

If you believe there is broken glass in the package please do not open it. 

If you recieve your parcel and it is in any way damaged, damp, or rattling with glass please refuse the parcel upon delivery. After doing so please contact us immediately so we can arrange to have the parcel replaced. If you fail to check your package upon received or fail to sign unchecked on the delivery sheet then you delivery insurance becomes void and we cannot allow you to make a claim.
